Qualcomm launched its new affordable, India-designed chipset, the Snapdragon 4s Gen 2, on Tuesday. This chipset will enable mobile device makers to sell 5G smartphones operating on a standalone (SA) network for Rs 8,300 or less.
The Realme Narzo 90 5G is available in India starting at approximately 15,200. Officially, the variants are priced around 16,999 for the 6 GB RAM with 128 GB storage model, while the 8 GB RAM with 128 GB storage version retails for about 18,499.
India's entry-level 5G smartphone segment, typically held to be those priced below 10,000, is set to bustle in the upcoming festival season as brands like HMD, Poco, and Lava launch their products.
